I’ve been looking into the Keto, and I think it’s crazy how people eat so much fat like mayo, sour cream, bacon, etc. I am not comfortable with eating this much fat, do I have to eat a ton of fat to be considered Keto? Or could I just stick low carb and eat moderate fats?

I have been into Intermittent Fasting for about three months and have been reading about Ketosis…I’ve always thought I could only get into Ketosis through a low carb diet, but I am now reading that I can get into Ketosis from fasting alone? Is this true, and if so, can I test it using the keto urine strips? How accurate are those?
