Thank you so much for this episode. Thank you for including faith. I am knew at this and I believe God popped your podcast in my suggestions. Every morning on my way to work I’m listening from the beginning. I’ve been researching this and I’m going to take the plunge and do it. I’m a Christian and I am going to improve my health and yes food to me is a problem. I’m 100 pounds overweight and gluttony is my sin. So I’m confessing and I need to be free. Thank you
