19:49 I really took to heart what you said on the show about not eating if you aren’t hungry! But I was at work this week and my coworker brought in a homemade cheesecake. She was like you have to try this homemade cheesecake I made! So of course I had to try it, and the first thing I heard was Christy in my ear saying if you aren’t hungry why would you eat! Christy, what would you have done in my situation?
