Welcome back to the podcast! In today’s episode, Chantel spoke with Dr. Michelle Solone. Dr. Michelle is a practicing OB/GYN physician and certified weight loss and life coach. She loves helping doctor moms feel better physically and mentally in the postpartum period so they can show up as their best selves for their growing families!
She lives in California with her husband and three sons (3, 5, 7). She is a former collegiate track athlete turned Peloton enthusiast and enjoys spending time hiking and playing outside with her kids. Prior to medical school, she was a personal trainer and now enjoys merging her passions to help busy moms be the healthiest version of themselves.
